Well this is my first blog, so forgive me if I happen to be a tab slow at all of this. As college students, we are all known for scraping for cash and not being the well let's just say, wealthiest people in the world. So when asked to create a blog, I decided to do one about how to save money, but yet still enjoy everything that Lexington has to offer.
My first post is inspired by the new show, extreme couponing. I never really searched for coupons until lately when pressed for cash. You'd be surprised at how many coupons that get sent to you through just living at a student apartment! Instead of just pitching all of the stuff you get sent, just take 5 minutes to look through the coupons! I found some great deals, that definitely will come in handy at the end of the semester, being short on cash.
This may seem like an elementary idea, but I never really thought that the coupons could have that great of deals, I was obviously wrong. So next time you get a pile of coupons in the mail, take 5 minutes and look through them! And if not, send them to me ;)
